How does your 2-in-1 system work?
Have you experienced that your inner mesh slip of your swim shorts is hanging loose after some time and is itching when sitting down?

We have solved these problems for you with our 2-in-1 system: we have  developed a completely new swim underwear for you. Each swim short comes with a separate boxer underneath to guarantee you ultimate wearing comfort (included in the sales price). The inner slip is of a soft, stretchy and quick drying fabric. 

Our classy boxer are perfectly paired with our swim short styles and make you feel just great underneath. If you wish, you can optionally buy our inner briefs as slip.

How to choose the right size for my swim shorts?
On each product page, you have access to the size chart that indicates the different measurements of the sizes available to make the right choice. For a direct look at our size chart, please click here: Size Chart

If an article is out of stock, can I still order?

If your size is no longer available online, please get in contact with us and let us know about the name and size you are looking for. We will let you know when your product will be available again.

My Order
How do I know if my order has been processed? 
After payment and validation of your order, you will receive two emails:

1. The first email confirms the transaction and includes important information about your order and an overview of the different articles ordered.

2. The second email confirms that the order has been sent and is being delivered via our courier.

You can also review your order and download your invoice from the Order History section of your customer account by clicking on My Account on our website.

How can I cancel an order?

Orders may be cancelled via a direct request through our contact us section customer care as long as the order has not yet been processed.

In the event that the order has already been shipped, you will need to proceed with a return as outlined in our return policy.

Which payment methods do you accept?
You may use your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Postfinance or Paypal account for all purchases.

How do you secure transactions?
The security of your information is very important to us. The different exchanges of information between our website, our payment company and the computer or device being used to place your order are secured via a SSL 128 bits certificate. 

You can verify the presence of this protection by looking at the HTTPS in the URL of the rookiro website when checking out. Furthermore, your banking information is never stored on our servers.

Product Delivery
What are your delivery times and shipping fees?

The delivery times and shipping fees are as follows:

Delivery to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein

We will deliver the goods within 2 - 3 days to the address stated during the order process. No shipping fees apply to our customers in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Delivery to Europe and Rest of World

We will deliver the goods within 3 - 10 days to the address stated during the order process. The shipping fees will be borne by the customer and are based on the rates of the courier. If the order value is equal to or exceeds CHF 250.00, shipping will be free of charge.

Where is my order shipped from?
All orders placed on the rookiro.com website are shipped from Switzerland.

Returns & Exchanges
How can I return my goods?

Ordered goods may be returned in their original packaging within 14 days after receipt. We will only accept intact, unworn and undamaged goods with the corresponding packing list. Should we find the goods to be in a worse condition, we may reassess the goods’ value. Damaged goods must be marked on the packing list when returned.

The costs for the return shipment will be born by the consignor and the date of the postmark is binding.

The returns can be managed in the My Account section.

No, you are not required to create an account when placing an order. You can use the instant checkout process to place your order.
